Kuan Yin (also spelled Kwan Yin, Guan Yin, etc) has been known by many names throughout many incarnations.
Kuan Yin is the Goddess of mercy and compassion, and even that is an oversimplification. Kuan Yin sees, hears and feels all the suffering of the people of the world.
Obsidian is highly protective, in many different fashions. It aids in dispelling negativity, blocks psychic attacks, helps to alleviate stress and tension, clears confusion and dissolves emotional blockages and traumas.
