Refund policy

We have a No Returns policy. Many of our items are handcrafted. We spend a lot of hours crafting and creating many of our products. We also spend many hours curating our collections as well. 

We inspect all products and orders before packing and shipping to insure the highest quality. 

We are not responsible for damage that occurs once the product leaves our premises/during the shipping process.

However, if a mistake on an order has been made, if you believe you've received the incorrect product or order, or have general questions about your order you can always reach out to us at witchologyllc@gmail.com. We will help correct any issues to the best of our ability.
