Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note, we are not responsible/liable for any damage to products or any missing orders that may occur during the shipping process.

Once the shipping carrier has possession of the product/order, it is their responsibility and we are no longer liable.
